Please get in touch with our care team with the details of the product you are interested in (and a web link to show us where you found it) and we will be happy to look into this for you. 
With warehouses on both coasts, we are able to ship out most of our customers within a 3-business day timeframe. Occasionally a warehouse is out of the product and the warehouse further from you will have to fulfill the order which could make the ETA up to 5-10 working days. Some of our larger product (such as outdoor furniture sets) is best shipped via LTL (Less than Truck Load) freight to best ensure safe delivery, and once the shipment arrives, FedEx will require an appointment to deliver the order, so please include a phone number in your order you can be reached at. Someone must be present to take delivery of LTL shipments and sign for the delivery (drivers only offload the product into the driveway; any additional help by the driver will require an additional charge).
Please double check the delivery address prior to ordering to ensure your package reaches its intended location. We can only ship your order to the address given to us in your order at the time you checkout. If you contact us with a change of address and we haven’t processed the order yet, we can make the change.
Absolutely. Our site is fully secured using SSL technology. Your payments are processed securely and directly with our payment processor. Meaning we do not see or keep any record of your payment details.

Both TPE and silicone are the most modern materials to use, with medical grade safety and properties that greatly resemble the touch of real human skin (both in feeling and softness). Both TPE and silicone are waterproof.
Most of our dolls are made out of TPE as it is a great material that is easy to sculpt and the results are extremly good looking and realistic sex dolls. We offer some silicone dolls for those that want the ultimate realism for their sex dolls. Silicone sex dolls have more humanistic details as well as being more resitant to heat. Due to the dificulty to manufacture Silicone doll heads, they are slightly more expensive than TPE, but the finished products are well worth it. 
Some of our dolls can choose to add ‘standing feet’. This upgrade has added 3 screws to the sole of the shoe and a reinforcement on the skeleton, so that the doll can stand independently. Without this upgrade, your sex doll will not be able to “stand freely”. This is because the design of the feet is not to bear their own weight. If you want your doll to stand up, you need to upgrade. If you value complete realism (not wanting to see the screws on the bottom of your feet), then you should get a normal foot.
Our dolls have a flexible, articulated skeleton, just like humans. However, the EVO skeleton is an upgrade that can make the shoulders of sex dolls shrug. This upgrade will allow you to use your sex doll anywhere you imagine. Note: This upgrade is not compatible with body heating function or simulated breathing function.
The built-in or fixed vagina is exactly how it sounds. The vagina is built-in to the doll just like a real woman. The removable vagina is a sleeve or fleshlight-esque tube that you can insert and remove from the doll. The tube is held in place by the doll’s labia and you can’t see the difference between them.Which is better? It depends on what you value most. Many of our customers prefer the built-in vagina as it provided the most realistic experience, however  the removable vagina is easier to clean and replace. If you value complete realism you’ll want to get the built-in vagina, if you prefer comfort and want something that is easy to pop-out to clean after each use you should consider the removable vagina.

Please check the instructions included with your product for charging information. Sex toy vibrators will have varying battery capacities; some will fully charge quicker than others.

You may cancel an order any time before the item is delivered to the international shipping carrier. Due to unpredictable nature of international shipping, once an item is handed over to a shipping carrier, it’s difficult for us to intercept it. Moreover, international shipping is expensive and involves many customs fees. Therefore, we recommend you not to cancel the order after we deliver an item to the carrier. Otherwise, you’ll need to pay round-trip shipping fees on the item and possibly customs duties and fees.
